Direct to Team Practice
Team Hockey Fit will come directly to your teams practice to work with your goaltenders. Different team packages are available depending on your teams needs, wants and budget.
Private Lessons
Team Hockey Fit offers private one on one instruction. The goaltender will then enter our database and with each lesson there will be a written and video review so that they can progress through our system.
Semi Private Lessons
Team Hockey Fit offers our goaltenders the option of training with their goalie partner to a maximum of four goaltenders. The goaltenders would also enter our database and with each lesson there will be a written and video review so that they can progress through our system.
Association Workshops
Team Hockey Fit can organize goalie workshops for your association and for all levels. We can make a program that fits the needs and budget of your association. If you are looking into goaltender development for your association please contact us.
Game Analysis
Team Hockey Fit will evaluate the goaltenders during the course of a game and provide a written analysis. After the game we will sit down with each goaltender and review our analysis with them.
Tryout Evaluations
Team Hockey Fit can attend your tryouts to evaluate your goaltenders for your team. We can also run the tryout with goalie specific drills and evaluate at the same time to help you make your decision.
Off Ice Training
Team Hockey Fit offers weekly off ice training workshops from May through August to prepare you for the upcoming season. Check our calendar to see upcoming dates, times and locations.
Adult Lessons
Team Hockey Fit offers lessons just for adults. The lessons are done in an adult learning environment and are for adults looking to learn the position, get a tune up or pick up some new tricks of the trade to improve their game.
Personal Training
Team Hockey Fit has a certified personal trainer to get you fit during the off season. Our trainer can meet with you to design a training routine based on your needs and goals you want to achieve for the upcoming season.
Massage Therapy/Acupuncture
Team Hockey Fit has a registered massage therapist that offers treatment to their participants and family members to keep you fit.
